Tim Merten

Tim Merten advises companies, employees, senior executives and managing directors on all matters of individual and collective employment law, both in and out of court. He places particular emphasis on providing companies with legal advice that supports their long-term needs in day-to-day HR work, working with them to find pragmatic solutions even in difficult cases. Drawing on many years of work for a wide range of medium-sized companies, Tim Merten provides expert advice and represents his clients’ interests throughout Germany.
