Golo Busch

Golo Busch, lawyer and specialist in labor law, has been advising clients throughout Germany on all aspects of individual and collective labor law and social security law since 1998. Golo Busch specializes in advising and representing companies in the health and social services sector. He supports his clients in their day-to-day human resources work as well as in complex restructuring processes.

Golo Busch has many years of expertise in ecclesiastical labor law. His clients include numerous Catholic institutions, in particular Caritas associations and operators of hospitals and senior citizens’ facilities, but also Protestant operators of hospitals, senior citizens’ facilities, and child and youth welfare institutions.

Golo Busch is a lecturer at the University of Münster, where he designs and leads practical in-house seminars on labor law and social security law that are individually tailored to the needs of his clients.

Golo Busch has many years of experience in managing complex projects.
