Timo Floren advises companies, shareholders, managing directors and board members in all areas of commercial and corporate law as well as insolvency law.

His clients trust him in particular in shareholder disputes, all questions of directors’ and officers’ liability as well as in post-M&A disputes and corporate transactions. Timo Floren also successfully advises on insolvency-related situations and the enforcement of and defense against avoidance claims.
