Frank Nordhoff

Frank Nordhoff joins the team of our commercial law firm as an auditor, tax consultant and specialist tax lawyer. He takes on commercial, corporate and tax law tasks such as transactions, corporate succession and structuring, general corporate and M&A advice including restructuring and due diligence audits. From private individuals to listed companies, he provides our clients with interdisciplinary advice. Frank Nordhoff assists our clients with tax audits, tax application and objection proceedings and uses his expertise and negotiating skills for you in court, including in criminal tax proceedings. He combines his decades of experience in procedural litigation with his highly specialized and industry-specific expertise. He regularly works hand in hand with tax advisors and auditors as a supplementary advisor in the context of litigation. He also focuses on advising NPOs, primarily in the areas of health, education and sport.

Frank Nordhoff is a long-standing lecturer at the University of Münster in the fields of corporate and inheritance tax. In his spare time, he volunteers on the boards of various non-profit educational institutions.
