Frank Stiewe

As a partner, Frank Stiewe heads our insurance law department. In addition to personal insurance law, his work focuses on the various lines of property insurance. Product liability insurance (liability claims), financial loss insurance and D&O insurance are among his core areas of expertise, both in court and when advising clients.

Frank Stiewe’s work in the field of company pension schemes forms the interface with his work in employment law. In individual employment law, he advises companies from various sectors, with a focus on medical services, the manufacture of capital goods and the freight forwarding industry.

Due to his focus on the forwarding industry, Frank Stiewe is also active in transportation law.

Mr. Stiewe is a lecturer at the BiTS University of Applied Sciences Iserlohn.
