Kay U. Koeppen, LL.M.

Kay U. Koeppen specializes in banking and capital markets law. In this context, he advises and represents credit institutions as well as companies and private individuals in and out of court. A further specialization is in commercial and corporate law. The focus of his work is on advising and supporting clients in contract drafting and shareholder disputes as well as in insolvency-related and crisis situations.

Kay U. Koeppen is a lecturer at the BiTS University of Applied Sciences Iserlohn and a lecturer at the Hagen Law School as part of the specialist lawyer course in commercial and corporate law (affiliated institute of the FernUniversität) in Hagen.
