Jens Ewelt

Jens Ewelt is a specialist lawyer for construction and architectural law as well as a specialist lawyer for tenancy and condominium law and has been active in all areas of real estate law for over 20 years. In construction and architectural law, he represents construction companies, clients, architects, engineers and insurance companies in all phases of a construction project, both in an advisory and contractual capacity and in disputes and court proceedings. His clients rely on him in particular for supplementary management and in liability and warranty cases. Jens Ewelt has particular expertise in large-scale industrial plant construction.

As part of his further focus on commercial tenancy law, Jens Ewelt is frequently mandated by institutional landlords and tenants, in particular when it comes to questions of contract drafting and the enforcement and defense of disputed claims.

Jens Ewelt is also active in legal training as a part-time examiner in the second state law examination at the North Rhine-Westphalia State Judicial Examination Office and as head of advanced working groups on behalf of the Hamm Bar Association.
