Dominik Rücker is a lawyer and specialist in IT law. He advises on trademark, competition, and copyright law, IT and data protection law, and distribution law.

His work includes providing ongoing advice and representation to well-known companies on the implementation of new business models or digital transformation at a technical and sales level, on the planning and execution of IT projects, and on the protection, marketing, and enforcement of intellectual property.

Dominik Rücker is the second chair of the Westfalen-Lippe Competition and Trademark Law Working Group.
