Daniel Wolgast

Daniel Wolgast advises companies, executives and managing directors on all issues relating to individual and collective employment law and related areas of law, both in and out of court. The focus is on providing ongoing legal advice to predominantly medium-sized companies in their day-to-day HR work, with a particular emphasis on operational restructuring and company acquisitions. Daniel Wolgast also has many years of expertise in providing cross-border employment law advice to international companies in English. Daniel Wolgast is a lecturer at the BiTS University of Applied Sciences in Iserlohn and a lecturer at the Hagen Law School – Specialist Lawyer Courses in Employment Law (iuria GmbH) in Hagen.
